How to change your server password (Windows 2019/22)

  1. Type Computer Management into the search box at the bottom of your screen and click "Computer Management".

  1. Expand "Local Users and Groups".
  2. Click "Users".
  3. Right-click on the User you wish to change the password for.
  4. Click "Set Password...".

  1. A pop-up warning will appear, click "Proceed".

  2. Enter your new password into the two available fields and click "OK".

  3. Log out of your VPS and try to log back in with your new password.
