How to add RDP access for a User account (Windows 2019/22)
1. Right-click the Start button at the bottom of your screen and click "Computer Management".
2. Once the Computer Management window opens, click on "Local Users and Groups".
3. Select "Users".
4. Right-click on the User you wish to add RDP access for and click "Properties".
5. Click on the "Member of" tab and click "Add".
6. In the box at the bottom of the window type "Remote Desktop Users" and click "Check Names".
7. Ensure that "Remote Desktop Users" no appears in the "Member Of" box. Click "Apply" and "OK".
