How to cancel a service via Client Portal
1. Login to your Client Portal.
2. Click on "Services" and then click on "My Services".
3. Click on the service you wish to cancel.
4. Click the "Request Cancellation" button on the left-hand side under "Actions".
5. Provide a short description about why you are cancelling your service.
6. Select "Immediate" for a cancellation within 24 hours or "End of Billing" for a cancellation at the end of your billing cycle.
7. Click "Request Cancellation".
8. Your request has now been processed and will be completed at the appropriate time.
