1. Login to your VPS/DS.
2. Type "services" into the Windows search bar at the bottom of the screen and click "Services" to open the application.
3. Locate the Print Spooler and double-click to open the Properties windows.
4. When the Print Spooler properties window opens change the "Startup type" from "Automatic" to "Disabled".
5. Make sure to stop the service by clicking on the "Stop" button and then click "Apply" and "OK".
