How to handle multiple accounts in WHMCS
Linking multiple accounts under one email address.
If you have more than one account for example you wish to have a business account and a personal one. It is possible to have multiple accounts linked to the same email by using the Add User. However, each individual account must have a unique email associated with the account itself. You just need to assign the same User to the account and if you wish to have the emails sent to the same email address set up that email as a contact.
For example, if you created an Account for Joe Bloggs Business with the email Joebloggs@email.com, creating this account would also create a user joe bloggs. You then create a new account called Joe Bloggs personal account, you would not have been able to use the joebloggs@email.com with this account as it is already linked to the original account. So you would need to use a different email address joebloogs2@email.com. please make sure that the email you use is valid so you can verify it. Creating the second account would also create a second user associated with it
Once you have created the second account you can use the Add User function to add the joe bloggs user to the account if you wished to have all the accounts linked to the same user ID. You would then be able to log in to the Joe Bloggs profile and use Switch Account to switch between the two. If you click on the person icon in the top right of your Client Area you will be able to select "Switch Account" this will allow you to switch between the different accounts.
Please note the following.

Each account needs a unique email as its main email.

In the created account use Add User to add the User who has the email you wish to have the account liniked to.

Once added and you login to the User ID's portal you can switch between accounts usig the small man icon top right corner.
