How to request an ACL change

ACL Request

1. An ACL request can be raised in one of two ways. Either by sending an email to support@liqc.com or by logging in to your Client Area and "Open Ticket".

2. Please ensure that the subject line of your email/ticket states that it is an "ACL Request".

3. Please ensure that the body of your email/ticket contains the following details:

a. Source - The public IPv4 address/addresses that will connect to the destination and port.
b. Destination - The LIQC IPv4 address/addresses the source is intending to connect to.
c.  Port - The TCP/UDP port/ports the source IP will target.
